Carry a book with you at all times for a source of wisdom, inspiration and/or relaxation. Bonus: Reducing your screen time and reading more will boost your emotional intelligence.

4.     BREAK A SWEAT

Exercise for 20 minutes every day to release endorphins, increase your quality of sleep, boost your self-confidence and improve your overall well-being.

5.     CONTROL YOUR SCHEDULE

Strike a healthy work-life balance to enjoy the small things in life, discover your own meaning of “happiness” and create your own success story.
