4. BREAK A SWEAT
Exercise for 20 minutes every day to release endorphins, increase your quality of sleep, boost your self-confidence and improve your overall well-being.

Strike a healthy work-life balance to enjoy the small things in life, discover your own meaning of “happiness” and create your own success story.
